Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager

This temporary card is available to Supervisors, Managers and Technical Workers with on the job experience that are registered to a complete a Construction Related Technical, Supervisory or Management NVQ or SVQ at Level 3 or higher.

Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.

Experienced Worker

This temporary card is available to workers with on the job experience who are registered to a complete a Construction Related NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or higher.

Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.

Skilled Worker

You can apply for this card if you have either:

– Achieved a Construction related NVQ or SVQ level 2 or 

– Completed an apprenticeship such as an employer sponsored apprenticeship, a City and Guilds of London Institute Craft Certificate or a CSCS Approved Trailblazer

– Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.

Advanced Craft

You can apply for this card if you have either:

– Achieved a Construction Related NVQ or SVQ level 3

– Completed an approved indentured apprenticeship

– Completed an employer sponsored apprenticeship which included the achieved of a City and Guilds of London Institute Advanced Craft Certificate

– Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.

Supervisory

You can apply for this card if you are a supervisor/working in a technical occupation and have achieved:

– Construction Related Supervisory/Technical NVQ or SVQ Level 3 or 4

– Occupational Work Supervision NVQ or SVQ Level 3 (including proof of endorsed occupation)

– Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.

Manager

You can apply for this card if you are in a managerial position and have the following:

– Achievement of a relevant Construction Management/Technical related NVQ/SVQ level 5, 6 or 7

– A SVQ Level 4 in Construction Management/Technical related qualification or

– Holding a pre-existing NVQ level 4 in Construction Management

– Applicants must also have passed the appropriate level CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the last 2 years.
